How to Use
Suggested Usage:
-Outline and fill in lips, building up color as desired.
-Use complimentary pencil sharpener, found in top of outer packaging, for a precise application every time.
-Prep lips with Essential Lip Compact (sold separately), using Prime Baume first and then filling in with Smooth Veil Soft Matte in a complementary shade.
-Apply with Lip Brush (sold separately) for precision, or blend and smudge for a soft, blurred finish.
